Jafrejo Holdings, LLC has completed the long awaited purchase of the first of two pieces of land that will be used to expand the Twin Peaks restaurant brand. DMD FLorida Restaurant Group (a subsidiary of Jafrejo Holdings) is the South Florida Franchisee of Twin Peaks Restaurants and will develop 15 new locations in both Southwest and Southeast Florida over the next 5 years. Earlier this month the company completed the purchase of the property located on the NW corner of Alico Rd and Ben Hill Griffin Pkwy in Fort Myers, FL.
The location is in a prime location just moments away from the Florida Gulf Coast University, the Fort Myers International Airport and across the Street from the famed Gulf Coast Town Center Mall. As plans for the site continue to be developed, the company has also announced plans to purchase additional land that will also be developed into additional Twin Peaks restaurant locations.
The development of this site was partially funded through the EB-5 Investment Visa immigration program that provides Foreign Investors with expedited immigration for a Permanent Green Card in exchange for their money being used to create jobs for US Citizens. The company announced that this is the first of two locations being developed in the FRFG 10 EB-5 Project with the additional location being developed in Fort Lauderdale, FL
